You have very good marketing, however, your product data is WONDERFUL.

The idea of showing what is NOT included is a great help.

I knew nothing about daybeds and grew frustrated at some other vendor's efforts to attract me with cheaper prices and then drive up the cost true cost with items like link springs, trundles and shipping. Your value packages and information on what I needed to buy and which sets had those items made me very happy when I found you.

My FINAL cost through Daybeds.com was much better! Now, I haven't seen the products yet, but I do know what I paid for those items, and exactly what I should expect. I call that "HONESTY." I hope you call it, "GOOD SALES."

I just wanted to let you know how pleased with your company we are. My first call was just to ask questions in early Fall. I was greeted by a very nice and friendly lady who was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

I had been shopping around quite a bit and was very unsure about ordering over the internet or from out of town. She put my mind at ease. Our family prayed about this purchase and we felt that your company really made the difference over others.



Your staff was great. It was shipped when you said and arrived when you said, even a day earlier. We were delayed in opening everything due to our room not being quite ready. So when we opened it up there was a flaw in the one side. I called and was fully prepared that I would purchase a replacement piece but was surprised that the replacement piece was sent and we were able to have guests for Thanksgiving. Thank you for giving such great customer SERVICE which is rare these days.

Again, thank the ladies who answer the phones and direct the business in such a positive manner. Today, I spoke with Kristah, but I have also spoken with at least 2 others, and they were all very helpful!!!

As an executive with a nationally recognized company, I like to point out superior customer service when I experience it - especially since it's rare to come by these days.

Your customer service rep, Amber, was extremely helpful, kind, and went out of her way to review product options for me that best suited my needs. She was patient and knowledgeable and knew a lot about your product offerings.
