The charming appeal of cottage design meets a refreshing finish in the Hillsdale Augusta Daybed-White. This daybed features bead-board panels set in gracefully arched silhouettes. Inviting sloped arms, ball feet, and posts topped with a round finials complete this classic cottage daybed design. With its durable wood construction - rubber wood, a solid hardwood native to Thailand and used throughout the furniture industry - this daybed will be yours to enjoy for many years to come. A daybed support system is included. Note: Trundle and mattress are both optional and not included with the basic set. To include, select in the Value Package field.
Select the optional pop-up trundle to accommodate extra overnight guests. You can also choose to purchase a mattress for the daybed or mattresses for both daybed and trundle. This daybed is also available with no mattress. A link spring is included to accommodate your daybed or futon mattress.
A trundle is an extra mattress frame stored beneath a daybed, which slides out to provide additional sleeping space when needed. Daybeds.com's optional trundle packages include a metal, pop-up trundle. They can be left in the lowered position or elevated in the pop-up position to align with the primary daybed mattress. The pop-up feature allows the daybed to transform from a twin-size daybed into a king -size bed.
Mattress available is a Sleep Time Mattress. A light blue quilted polyester cover encloses a combination of convoluted poly-foam and innerspring coils that provide both comfort and support. Fiber pad insulators keep the inner mattress core and outer upholstery layers securely in place. Mattress meets all FR 1633 federal flammability standards. Twin measures 74L x 38W x 6H inches.
