The smooth bottom panel is also flame resistant to keep you extra safe in the event of an emergency. The mattress is filled with a double layer of High Density Dream Soft polyurethane foam for added comfort. Mattress measures 71L x 38W x 5.75 inches.

This mattress is worthless!
We bought a day bed and this mattress came with the bed. The mattress is measured to 4 inches thick, not 6 inches. However, being right handed, I used my left fingers to squeeze it, it is so soft that I could squeeze down to less than an inch. Imagine what it's like laying on it. The mattress came folded in half in a box. That is how thin it can get. When I laid on it, I could feel every spring underneath.
